RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract for Products purchased on the Site, without penalty, by contacting Customer Service by email: [email protected]
- You have fourteen (14) days from delivery of the Products to submit your return request.
- Print the prepaid label attached to the email you received at the end of the return process and apply it to the box. Be careful to completely cover the previous label.
- MONTELLIANA 1965 provides courier pickup service for all returns. Only return shipments made using our authorized courier will be free of charge and paid for by MONTELLIANA 1965.
- If you decide to use a courier other than the one authorized by MONTELLIANA 1965, you will have to bear all related costs and take responsibility for them. Any costs you incur while returning products will not be refundable. In this case, if your package is lost by your chosen courier, Montelliana 1965 will not be responsible for the package or the refund.
- You may return products within seven (7) business days of receiving the return authorization number issued by Montelliana 1965.
- Products must be shipped in secure packaging. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and in the original packaging: in addition, products must not be washed or damaged and their identification tags must still be present along with the disposable seal. Montelliana 1965 will inspect returned products through a quality control procedure. Shoe soles must be undamaged and undamaged; we encourage you to try the product on a soft, clean surface. If the products are returned in perfect condition, new and with all labels and tags still attached, Montelliana 1965 will approve the return and refund the price originally paid or proceed with a replacement with another number. If the recipient of the products listed on the order form is different from the person who made the payment for the products, the amount spent on the returned items will be refunded to the person who made the payment.
- Conversely, if labels or tags are missing or if these general terms and conditions of sale have not been complied with, or if Montelliana 1965 has reason to believe that the products have been altered or are an imitation or were not purchased directly through this site, it will not accept the return and will send the products back to the sender.
- If the return is accepted, Montelliana 1965 will refund the price of the products. Montelliana 1965 will make the refund to the card or payment method initially used to pay for the products as soon as the return arrives at our warehouse. If you decide to use a different courier than the one authorized by Montelliana 1965, we may withhold the refund until we receive the products or until you produce proof of shipment of the products, whichever comes first.
- IMPORTANT: The sale of "MADE ON DEMAND" and customized items is final ,and therefore cannot be returned. Any return shipping of "LAST CHANCE" items is the responsibility of the buyer.
