More than fifty steps are required to make a Montelliana shoe; processes to be performed without the haste imposed by industrial production but with the love and care that makes each shoe a unique piece. Our shoes are a special product because they are made by special people endowed with all the great experience, skill and craftsmanship that can only be learned in the field and over the years.
We are convinced that quality is the consequence of a precise "philosophy" and conscious choices. Our deep commitment to creating an exclusive product also goes through the choice of materials. Our creative team is always careful in researching and using recycled products for many components of the shoe and particularly sensitive in favoring the use of natural fibers with low environmental impact. We also carefully select our leathers; they come from food cycle waste from certified European companies to maintain a traceable supply chain with low environmental impact. We demand the same commitment from our partner companies, using non-toxic, nickel-free glues and raw materials that safeguard the environment as much as possible. This is our philosophy, made up of all those small attentions that make the difference and make each product signed Montelliana unique.

we were born in 1965 as a small artisan and family business but able to immediately create and innovate with the first injected ski boot.
Since then, we have never stopped and today we sell our shoes all over the world without ever forgetting where we started, with the knowledge that being "a family business" is a profound asset to be preserved; it is the value that allows us to be fast, flexible, innovative while projecting into the future.
